St Moritz is famous for its glitzy après-ski scene, which features gourmet restaurants, casinos, bars and nightclubs, as well as concert venues. The ski resort glitters with stylish shops and boutiques, while art and folklore museums provide entertainment for culture buffs. Lodging is ample, with 8,500 beds on offer, mostly in plush hotels, apartments and traditional wooden chalets. 

For a special evening, top restaurants such as Jöhri's Talvo at Champfèr and Bumanns Chesa Pirani in La Punt offer sumptuous food in stylish surroundings. There are also plenty of low-key restaurants in St. Moritz, including the beautiful views and unpretentious food at Muottas Muragl. Bars and nightclubs play host to a variety of different age groups in St. Moritz. Bobby's Pub and Stübli attract a young crowd. Skiing and snowboarding in St. Moritz starts at Salastrains or Corviglia. Celerina also has nice, broad nursery slopes at village level. There are ski schools in St. Moritz and Suvretta, whilst snowboarders can take lessons at The Wave  dedicated snowboarding school. 

Intermediates will thoroughly enjoy St. Moritz. Corviglia and Cervatsch offer miles of fast cruising. The Hahnensee run is worth particular attention for its six kilometre length and 900 metre vertical. St. Moritz's slopes here are perfect for fast and fun freeriding.

St. Moritz has a handful of black pistes scattered across the slopes. Most advanced skiers and snowboarders will want to head off-piste to stretch themselves, though. Tough terrain can be found atop Piz Nair and Corvatsch, though the best way to find great off-piste here is to hire a guide. 

Every section of the mountains has a hidden gem for riders. The Corvatsch is favored for racing. The Furtschellas has a hidden freestyle snowpark with jumps, windlips and powder. On the Corviglia section there is a halfpipe near the Signal lift. In Diavolezza there is a natural halfpipe. Lagalb is known for its fast powder turns.
